Our client is an established sports school located in Science Park. They are looking for a high-caliber candidate to join their expanding team.
As the Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and growth of our sports training programs across local primary and secondary schools. Leveraging your exceptional project management and sales skills, you will be responsible for promoting our offerings, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with primary and secondary schools to promote and sell our sports training programs as valuable personal development and enrichment opportunities for students
Build and maintain excellent relationships with school administrators, coaches, and parents to generate interest and drive program enrollment
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and customer satisfaction
Assist senior management in identifying and developing new project opportunities
Continuously monitor industry trends and identify new market segments to maximize sales opportunities
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting to key stakeholders
Handle ad hoc assignments
Qualifications:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
2-3 years of experience in a project management or sales role, preferably in the sports, education, or recreation industry
Knowledge on local education system
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex initiatives
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sports, education, and youth development
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
