Our client, a leading corporate bank in Hong Kong, is looking for high caliber candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily reception duties and ensure smooth communications with stakeholders. Oversee the logistical services within the branch to ensure smooth operations.
Draft comprehensive quarterly and annual work reports and plans .
Develop regulations and procedures for the physical management of fixed assets, including procurement plans and insurance arrangements.
Support staff recreational activities within the branch, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
Monitor administrative operations of the branch, prepare monthly reports for submission to the head office in a timely manner.
Ensure the prompt handling of important instructions and directives from branch leaders, managing document processing and operational workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and conversational English.
Knowledge of Chinese enterprise culture.
