Responsibilities:
Developing, planning and organizing the Sports related program/activities
Ensure all the sports facilities are well maintained and set up properly
Handle and follow up all the enquiries and related issues to maintain the smooth operation
Greet customers and create a positive first impression, ensuring a warm, happy and inviting atmosphere in the centre
Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide course consultation based on their needs and preferences
Maintain a clean and organised centre
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of centre
Assist in events, curriculum coordination, liaison, clerical work and related administrative work
Issue invoices and maintain cash register
Requirements:
Diploma or above, graduated in Sports and Leisure Management will be an advantage
2 years relevant work experience, preferably with club or hospitality experience
Strong communication skills
Outgoing, proactive and willing to take up challenges
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chines Word Processing)
Passionate in sports field, LOVE children
Willing to work flexible hours or in shift
