Our client is a well-known local financial institution in Hong Kong, they are looking for a high caliber candidate to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence.
Work with internal departments in handling customer cases.
Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Have excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Hold a current SFC license RA 1 (Dealing of Securities) and Insurance License, or be ready to obtain these licenses
