The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join as Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's store development projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Â
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for to align with the company’s overall business objectives. Lead and oversee the execution of new store development, renovation projects, and related initiatives.
Project Management Excellence: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of cross-functional professionals, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development within the team.
Budget Management and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to approved expenditures and reporting on actual costs. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Stakeholder Management:Â Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, utility companies, regulatory authorities, and design professionals. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and address potential challenges.
Compliance and Standards:Â Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, building codes, and company standards. Maintain a high level of quality and brand consistency across all projects.
Technical Expertise:Â Possess a strong understanding of construction, design, and facilities management principles. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identify and resolve project challenges and risks effectively. Make sound decisions based on data and analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Degree holder in construction, building services, architecture, project management or related disciplines
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in retail project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools (eg. AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D or equivalent)
A strategic thinker who can identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver successful outcomes
A proactive and organized individual who anticipates potential challenges, prioritizes tasks effectively, and maintains a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless project delivery
