Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
* Provide expert advice and tailored solutions regarding derivatives or structured products.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
* Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Institutional Sales team
* Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales within the financial services industry.
* Knowledge in derivatives or structured product is a plus
* Familiarity with major global exchanges is a major advantage.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
* * Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
